Some links to tutorials for learning GIMP, the free image manipulation application. As of writing, the current version of GIMP is 2.10. A few tutorials are from previous versions and do not work directly with GIMP without some workarounds.

tutor4u - "GIMP," 37 videos, from 2013. Very good tutorials, but unfortunately may not work in recent versions of GIMP (in particular, the "Alpha to Logo" filters are missing in modern versions and have to be downloaded as a plugin). Their website (littlewebhut.com) is impressively still online after 11 years, although the GIMP category is mainly links to the Youtube videos.
