In this tutorial, we'll learn how to flip an image (i.e. mirror left and right side, or flip it upside down) using Microsoft Paint, which is installed by default on Windows.
Step 1: open Paint and open the image you want to flip.
Step 2: click the "Flip" tool button on the left side of the ribbon. This will make a dropdown menu appear.
Step 3: click on one of the options in the menu: "Flip vertical" or "Flip horizontal." Clicking on either option will flip the image.
Step 4. after you're finished, click File -> Save as -> PNG picture on the menubar to save the image.
