Although there is currently no built-in way search for starter packs on Bluesky, there is a website we can use to find them.
By default, this page shows a few recommended starter packs, but if you click to browse all of them, you get a search box that you can use to find a starter pack by topic or keyword, e.g. if you search for "pixel art," you get starter packs with pixel artists, like:

Observation: it looks like there is a limit of 150 entries per starter pack, so if you want to follow more than 150 people with a single click you're going to need a second starter pack.

Currently, starter packs do not show up in search, so to find a starter pack, a friend will have to send you the link or you can see the embed preview within the Bluesky app.
